+ Lanyard key chains for name badges

The sponsor provides the key chains that are given out with the name badges to all SEMSEO attendees. Delivery is the sponsor’s responsibility and must be carried out no later than 72 hours before the beginning of the conference. The key chains must be approved by the organiser.

+ Pens or ballpoint pens for the event bag

The sponsor provides the ballpoint pens that are given out with the event bags to all SEMSEO attendees. Delivery is the sponsor’s responsibility and must be carried out no later than 72 hours before the beginning of the conference.
The pens / ballpoint pens must be approved by the organiser.

+ Serviettes with your logo are laid out on all buffet tables.

During lunch, all attendees have the opportunity to take part in our buffet for no extra charge, which will take place in the exhibition area between the two event rooms. The serviettes are selected and paid for by the organiser.
